This page provides a list of the FHIR artifacts defined as part of this implementation guide.
The following artifacts define the specific capabilities that different types of systems are expected to have in order to comply with this implementation guide. Systems conforming to this implementation guide are expected to declare conformance to one or more of the following capability statements.

These are profiles on resources or data types that describe patterns used by other profiles, but cannot be instantiated directly. I.e. instances can conform to profiles based on these abstract profiles but do not declare conformance to the abstract profiles themselves.

Diagnostic report for the grading process of a single examination which is part of a screening program. |

HbA1c level as reported by patient prior to retina examination. |
| Retina Image Quality Assessment |
The image quality as assesed by AI (2000-series). |
| Retina ImagingStudy |
Profile for imaging studies related to retina examinations, including fundus photography and OCT imaging. |
These define constraints on FHIR data types for systems conforming to this implementation guide.

The centering or anatomical focus of a retinal image. |

Body site codes for retinal observations (right or left retina). |

Special considerations or cautions for grading this examination (5000-series). |

Codes describing the current or final conclusion of the examination (1000-series). |
| Retina Image Quality |
Image quality as assessed by AI (2000-series). |
| Retina Image View |
Codes describing the centering used when capturing retinal images, such as macula-centered or optic disc-centered (6000-series). |
| Retina Imaging Procedures |
Valid procedure codes for Retina imaging studies. Contains two Norwegian procedure codes from no-kodeverk-7275: CKDP10 for fundus photography and CKFX16 for OCT imaging of the eye fundus using light-wave based technique. |
